Except as expressly permitted by Rendeavored Group, LLC, no portion of the TeamBuilder AI™ platform or its associated methodologies may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, licensed, sold, or incorporated into other products or services without prior written permission.
Trademark Notice

All other company names, trademarks, service marks, and logos referenced within generated reports remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
AI Disclosure
TeamBuilder AI™ combines artificial intelligence with proprietary operational methodologies developed by Rendeavored Group, LLC.

Report Copyright
Every Workforce Blueprint™ generated by TeamBuilder AI™ is automatically copyrighted upon creation.
The recipient is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the report solely for internal business planning purposes.
Reports may not be:
- Resold
- Published
- Distributed commercially
- Modified and represented as original work
- Used to develop competing products or services
without prior written authorization from Rendeavored Group, LLC.
Acceptable Use
TeamBuilder AI™ is provided solely for legitimate business planning and workforce strategy purposes.
Users agree not to:
- Submit knowingly false or misleading information.
- Attempt to interfere with platform operation.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Circumvent platform security or authentication.
- Use automated scraping tools or bots without authorization.
- Misrepresent generated recommendations as independent consulting work performed by another organization.
Rendeavored reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse of the platform.
Reverse Engineering Restrictions
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, benchmark, extract training methodologies from, replicate, or otherwise attempt to recreate any portion of TeamBuilder AI™, including its:
- assessment methodology
- recommendation engine
- scoring logic
- prompts
- AI workflows
- pricing methodology
- report structure
- operational models
- proprietary algorithms
except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
The generation of substantially similar products or services using TeamBuilder AI™ outputs for competitive purposes is expressly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
TeamBuilder AI™ provides workforce planning estimates based upon information supplied during the assessment.
Investment estimates, staffing recommendations, projected savings, implementation timelines, and operational analyses are informational in nature and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
Business outcomes depend upon numerous operational, organizational, economic, and implementation factors beyond the control of Rendeavored Group, LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rendeavored Group, LLC disclaims liability for decisions, actions, or business outcomes resulting from reliance upon TeamBuilder AI™ recommendations.
Users remain solely responsible for evaluating and implementing workforce decisions appropriate to their individual business circumstances.
